My choice fell on the island “fano”. To reach from Flensburg in approximately 90 minutes. Very calmly convenient, but very maintained.

I did not see so wide beaches ever before. Tides are very strong. At ebb-tide the sea is far, far away.

By ferry You need only a few minutes to reach the island. But it is expensive, 43 Euros for one car.

Everything except milk-products is much more expensive than in germany, most people take all their food with to danmark

The danish people are very tolerant. Naked-bath is usual. Inside the holiday house You can do what You want - nude or not. Because the houses are situated far from eachother, one can move also around the house naked.

Such a pool in the house is a nice thing !
In summary, danmark is very suitable for a calm vacation. Additional expenses are however very high. One must bring along as much as possible from at home. The car-beach is a little strange.On the one hand you can drive with the car up to a calm beach place and put naked directly becide your car, on the other hand you must always take care of vehicle traffic.

Allthough there are no Nudist-resorts, one can be always naked at and in the house here. Most houses are only little observable and surrounded by trees. In addition it does not disturb anybody, if you go without clothes.
|

To my second stay in Danmark I went in March 2005. This time I had selected the place “Houstrup” at the North Sea Coast. One did not have to go by ferry there. The place was in a wood, all holiday-houses are surrounded by forest. A really exciting landscape.

Many of the houses are very well equipped. Sauna and whirlpool belong already nearly to the basic equipment - houses with pool are more expensive. Particularly the costs for energy are high. I had to pay 300 Euros for one week.

The dunes are very exciting. One drives by car or by bicycle or you wander through the forest to the beach. The distance is about 2,5 km. In the dunes everybody can find his hidden place.

I had luck with the weather. The march-sun shone very hot. On our terasse there was no wind. First we took our bikinis, but later we put it away. ( Sorry I can show those pics only in the “privat-pic-section” )

My trip to danmark was very nice again. It is a vacation for easing. Somebody who looks for action is at the wrong place there. Damark is the ideal place to escape for a short time from the everyday-life.
